What kind of contract do I have to sign?

No fixed term contracts, cancel at anytime. Cancellations take effect from the next renewal date, click here for more detail. See our full terms and conditions

What level of security is there?

Our hosting servers are located in professional run data centres. Complete with power back up, monitoring and cooling systems. We run off site back-ups at regular intervals.

Can I keep/transfer my domain name?

Yes, your domain name is yours. Some domains require renewal on transfer (that doesn't have to be with us). Some countries have requirements on their country based domain. ".nz" domains are free transfer.

Disk Space and Bandwidth

Limits are calculated monthly, small overages don't always attract a surcharge (see below). Generally if you go over a limit we will contact you to see the best course of action. If we are unable to contact you in a timely manner we may deactivate or limit your site temporary to reduce any charges.

What happens if I go over my Disk Space?

Our plans have soft limits, which means your site will keep working once you've exceeded your limit. We recommend either reducing the files on your website, clearing email or upgrading your plan. Short term disk overages don't attract a surcharge, where long term overages will require an upgrade or attract a surcharge.

What happens if I go over my Bandwidth?

Our plans have soft limits, which means your site will keep working once you've exceeded your limit. Small overages are generally ignored, persistent or longer term overages are invoiced at $1 per GB.
